ABS Core has transitioned from an experimental research stage (Legacy OSS) to a Proprietary and Closed Commercial Asset. The entire v10.1.5+ codebase is Proprietary - All Rights Reserved. Any residual reference to open licenses in v1.x has been formally expunged.

1. Code Sovereignty (Pivot to Proprietary)

OConnector (Rodrigo Gomes) is the sole and exclusive holder of all rights to the ABS Core Enterprise Runtime, including:

• ABS-Engine Kernel (WASM): Compiled high-performance interception logic, protected as a trade secret.
• OCS Protocol (Universal Connectors): Proprietary bridge architecture for multiple LLMs.
• CHI Trade Secret: Heuristics and semantic intent classification models.

2. Contributor Clarity & Moral Rights

Unlike fragmented OSS projects, ABS Core had its development 100% controlled:

• Core Runtime: 100% internal development by the founders.
• No PSA Risk: No external agencies or freelancers touched the proprietary segments.
• Moral Rights: All moral rights have been waived or transferred to the commercial entity to assure a risk-free Asset Transfer.

3. Community Isolation

The "Community Scanner" (v1.x) is the only component that retains references to permissive licenses. The Enterprise Runtime (v3.x and above) is a privately owned application, not covered by viral licenses (GPL) or legacy Apache.
