End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 12, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and OConnector Technology (CNPJ: 65.162.322/0001-82), ("Licensor") for the use of the ABS Core software ("Software").

1. Grant of License

1.1 Scope

Subject to payment of applicable Fees, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, execute, and use the Software on Licensee's own infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare Workers, Private Cloud).

1.2 Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Sublicense, sell, or resell the Software.
• Modify or remove any proprietary notices or labels.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Software (except as authorized by applicable law).

2. Infrastructure & Hosting

Licensee Responsibility: The Software is provided as "Self-Hosted" or "Bring Your Own Cloud" (BYOC). Licensee is solely responsible for:

• Provisioning the underlying infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare, D1 Database).
• Costs associated with such infrastructure.
• Ensuring the security configuration of the hosting environment.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Software.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY LICENSEE OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any provision. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software.
