ABS Core is a sovereign governance platform for AI agents, developed entirely by OConnector Technology Inova Simples (I.S.) (CNPJ: 65.162.322/0001-82).
1. Proprietary Frameworks
All source code, architecture, documentation, and related materials for the frameworks listed below are the exclusive property of ABSCORE™ / OConnector Technology:

2. Protected Technical Assets
Intellectual property protection extends to, but is not limited to, the following proprietary assets:
- WASM Governance Kernel: The Rust-compiled WebAssembly enforcement engine.
- Shannon Entropy Analysis: The entropy-based anomaly detection algorithm used in the CHI module.
- CHI (Cognitive Host Interface): The semantic intent classification model and heuristics.
- Forensic Ledger: The HMAC-SHA256 hash chain with Merkle Tree verification.
- Bond/SLASH Mechanism: The runtime accountability mechanism in WASM.
- Policy DSL: The YAML-based declarative policy language.
- Magic Proxy: The zero-code interception proxy architecture.
- Decision Envelope Schema: The standardized contract for AI agent decisions.
- Split-Core Telemetry: The Edge/Sovereign dual-mode data architecture.
3. Legal Protection
All content, design, and code are protected under:
- Brazilian Copyright Law (Lei 9.610/98)
- Brazilian Industrial Property Law (Lei 9.279/96)
- International treaties to which Brazil is a signatory (Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement, WIPO Copyright Treaty)
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from ABSCORE™ / OConnector Technology:
- Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the platform or its documentation.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component, including but not limited to the WASM Kernel.
- Using proprietary frameworks (ABS, AICCP, OCS) to create competing products or services.
- Removing or altering copyright notices, trademark attributions, or proprietary legends.
- Sublicensing or reselling access to the platform without a formal partnership agreement.
4. Commercial Licensing
Commercial use of ABS Core is granted exclusively through licensing agreements:

5. Prior Art & Blockchain Notarization
Critical artifacts of the ABS Core codebase are notarized on a public blockchain via OpenTimestamps, providing irrefutable proof of existence and authorship for intellectual property defense.
6. Inova Simples Attestation
OConnector Technology (trading as ABSCORE™) is formally registered under the Inova Simples regime (LC 123/2006), which certifies its character as an innovation-driven, technology-based company under Brazilian federal law.
