This document traces the chain of title for all source code and intellectual assets of ABS Core.

1. Origin and Authorship

All development of the proprietary core (v3.4.0 through v10.1.5) was performed exclusively by IP holders tied to the core operation.

• External Contributors: There were no contributions from unaffiliated third parties who have not signed IP Assignment Agreements.

2. Dependency Status (SBOM)

As detailed in SBOM.mdx:

• Proprietary Kernel: 100% controlled authorship.
• Open Source (OSS): We exclusively use MIT/Apache 2.0 licenses. There is no contamination by "copyleft" licenses (GPL/AGPL) that would require open-sourcing the proprietary code.

3. Intangible Assets

• Brand/Domain: The domains abscore.app, docs.abscore.app, and associated trademarks are free of any liens or disputes.
• Trade Secrets: The algorithm of the WASM governance engine and the LGPD policy schemas are treated as Trade Secrets.

Verdict: The IP title is "Clean". There are no authorship liabilities preventing the full transfer of the asset in an Asset Deal.
