This policy defines forbidden activities on the ABS Core platform.
1. Prohibited Actions
You may not use ABS Core to:
- Generate Malware: Using the proxy to generate malicious code or exploits.
- Disinformation: Integrating ABS Core into bots designed to spread mass disinformation.
- Illegal Content: Processing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual imagery.
2. Enforcement
- Detection: We use automated classifiers to detect AUP violations in the telemetry metadata.
- Consequence: Violation of this policy results in immediate account suspension without refund.
- Reporting: We are required by law to report certain illegal activities to authorities (e.g., NCMEC).
3. High-Risk Use Cases
Using ABS Core for:
- Medical Diagnosis
- High-Frequency Trading
- Autonomous Weapons
Requires a specific Enterprise Risk Addendum signed by both parties.
