Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy defines forbidden activities on the ABS Core platform.

1. Prohibited Actions

You may not use ABS Core to:

  • Generate Malware: Using the proxy to generate malicious code or exploits.
  • Disinformation: Integrating ABS Core into bots designed to spread mass disinformation.
  • Illegal Content: Processing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual imagery.

2. Enforcement

  • Detection: We use automated classifiers to detect AUP violations in the telemetry metadata.
  • Consequence: Violation of this policy results in immediate account suspension without refund.
  • Reporting: We are required by law to report certain illegal activities to authorities (e.g., NCMEC).

3. High-Risk Use Cases

Using ABS Core for:

  • Medical Diagnosis
  • High-Frequency Trading
  • Autonomous Weapons

Requires a specific Enterprise Risk Addendum signed by both parties.
