For the open-source Community Edition, use GitHub:

Response times for community issues vary. For faster responses, include your ABS version (abs --version), a minimal reproduction, and the relevant log output.

Security vulnerabilities
To report a security vulnerability, email [email protected]. Do not open a public GitHub issue.
We follow responsible disclosure. You can expect:
- Acknowledgment within 24 hours
- Assessment and severity classification within 72 hours
- Patch or mitigation timeline communicated before public disclosure
