Overview

Based on the Market Thesis, we are executing a three-pronged strategy to capture the market from Developer to Enterprise.


1. AgentShield Lite (Immediate Execution)

Goal: Capture the "Developer" segment via friction-less Observability. Model: Free Tier (Shadow Mode) + Paid Enforcement. Target: Indie Hackers, Startups, Students.

Lite Implementation Plan

  • Auth Worker: Create Tier logic (Free, Pro, Enterprise).
  • Stripe: Metered Billing for Advanced Analytics.
  • Standard Shadow Mode: Eliminate Hard Blocks at the beginner level; focus on vulnerability reporting.

2. SandboxAI (Red Teaming as a Service)

Goal: Provide "Peace of Mind" via automated stress testing. Model: Add-on Feature (Enterprise) or Standalone Tool (Self-Hosted). Target: CISO, DevOps Lead.

Sandbox Implementation Plan

  • Shadow Mode: Use existing infrastructure to record but not block.
  • VCR Replay: Use VCRProvider to replay traffic against new policies.
  • Attack Simulation: Inject adversarial prompts (e.g., "Ignore previous instructions") to test agent robustness.

3. PolicyHub (Community Marketplace)

Goal: Create network effects and commoditizing liability transfer. Model: Community Registry + ABS Certified Vault (Premium). Target: Compliance Officers, Legal Teams, CISOs.

PolicyHub Implementation Plan

  • Registry: Git-backed repository of YAML policies.
  • ABS Certified Vault: Audited & Legally Guaranteed policy packs (HIPAA/SOC2).
  • Top-Down Monetization: Sale of pre-approved compliance packs.
