Overview
Based on the Market Thesis, we are executing a three-pronged strategy to capture the market from Developer to Enterprise.
1. AgentShield Lite (Immediate Execution)
Goal: Capture the "Developer" segment via friction-less Observability. Model: Free Tier (Shadow Mode) + Paid Enforcement. Target: Indie Hackers, Startups, Students.
Lite Implementation Plan
- Auth Worker: Create
Tierlogic (Free, Pro, Enterprise). - Stripe: Metered Billing for Advanced Analytics.
- Standard Shadow Mode: Eliminate Hard Blocks at the beginner level; focus on vulnerability reporting.
2. SandboxAI (Red Teaming as a Service)
Goal: Provide "Peace of Mind" via automated stress testing. Model: Add-on Feature (Enterprise) or Standalone Tool (Self-Hosted). Target: CISO, DevOps Lead.
