ABS Core is a 100% proprietary software asset owned exclusively by OConnector Technology (CNPJ: 65.162.322/0001-82), with specific Community tools provided for ecosystem health.

1. Ownership Structure

• Sole Authorship: The entire codebase was developed by internal staff/contractors under strict "Work for Hire" agreements.
• Clean IP Chain: The intellectual property is unencumbered and fully transferable.

2. Licensing Model

2.1 Proprietary Core (The Platform)

The ABS Core Platform (Policy Engine, Shield, Ledger) is licensed strictly under a Commercial EULA.

• Source Protected: No public source code.
• Usage: Requires a paid license for production use.

2.2 Community Scanner (Free Tool)

The ABS Scanner CLI is provided as a free Community Tool to help developers audit their agents locally.

• License: Free to use (Binary License).
• Purpose: Local debugging and security scanning.
• Limitation: Does not include the runtime protection or audit logging of the Core Platform.
