Because ABS Core is Self-Hosted Software, we do NOT collect, process, or store your end-users’ data (prompts, completions, embeddings). That data lives on your infrastructure (e.g., your Cloudflare/AWS account).2. What We DO Collect (License Telemetry)
We only collect data necessary to validate your license and bill you:- Account Information: Email address, Company Name (via Stripe).
- License Telemetry:
- License Key Hash (to verify validity).
- Version Number (to notify of security updates).
- Heartbeat (to confirm the instance is active).
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We have NO TECHNICAL ACCESS to:- Your AI Prompts or Responses.
- Your User IDs or PII.
- Your API Keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) stored in your Secret Vault.
- Your Decision Logs (Ledger).
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained as long as your license is active, plus 7 years for tax/accounting purposes.
- Telemetry: Retained for 90 days for operational monitoring.
