Product Strategy: The Triple Threat

Overview

Based on the Market Thesis, we are executing a three-pronged strategy to capture the market from Developer to Enterprise.

1. AgentShield Lite (Immediate Execution)

Goal: Capture the “Developer” segment (Bottom-Up adoption). Model: Self-Serve, Usage-Based Pricing via Stripe. Target: Indie Hackers, Startups, Students.

Lite Implementation Plan

  • Auth Worker: Create Tier logic (Free, Pro, Enterprise).
  • Stripe: Set up Metered Billing for API calls.
  • Dashboard: Add “Upgrade to Pro” flow.
  • Limit: Free Tier = 1,000 requests/mo (Hard Limit).

2. SandboxAI (Red Teaming as a Service)

Goal: Provide “Peace of Mind” via automated stress testing. Model: Add-on Feature (Enterprise) or Standalone SaaS. Target: CISO, DevOps Lead.

Sandbox Implementation Plan

  • Shadow Mode: Use existing infrastructure to record but not block.
  • VCR Replay: Use VCRProvider to replay traffic against new policies.
  • Attack Simulation: Inject adversarial prompts (e.g., “Ignore previous instructions”) to test agent robustness.

3. PolicyHub (Community Marketplace)

Goal: Create network effects and standardizing governance. Model: Free Community Registry + Premium Curated Packs. Target: Compliance Officers, Legal Teams.

PolicyHub Implementation Plan

  • Registry: Git-backed repository of YAML policies.
  • Verification: “Certified by ABS” badge for trusted packs.
  • Integration: abs install policies/hipaa CLI command.
